A New Year and Goals

I am so excited for the new year!! I had a great holiday and took a two week vacation from blogging. I am sure a lot of you are like me and have been writing new year resolutions. One of mine is to get to 20% BMI. Before getting pregnant in 2016, I was at 23%BMI.

I follow the SMART rule when setting goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time). With all my goals I have tried to be as specific as possible. I also am trying to start small and start today. So many goals fail to be achieved because (I for one) write them down  and then forget. So this year I wrote down my goals and placed them by my vanity mirror and fridge so that I will see them everyday. My commitment will be renewed everyday.
