Leg Day Even When You’re Pregnant

Leg day!! I don’t know about anyone else, but leg day is one of my favorite days. Today for leg day I spent 20 minutes on the treadmill walking at an incline of 5-10. After I did 30 squats , 20 lunges (both legs), Leg press for 5 reps of 15 (starting with 70 lbs), 50 sumo squats, 20 side leg lifts (both legs), and then I stretched.

Working out while pregnant should not be very intense, for me it is just enough to break a sweat and burn a few hundred calories. Hopefully I won’t have to be working out pregnant for very much longer (keep your fingers crossed!).
